The World War I (1914-1918):
Germany is the country that started the war whether it is World War I or World War II. Serbia asked for the alliance of Russia and Hungary and Austria asked for the alliance of Germany. We have the British, France and Russia alliance against Germany. Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand and South Africa are colonies of Britain. So, when Britain entered the war, all these colonies joined it. The World War I started in 1914. So, the green is the allied powers and then you have the central power is in the one in yellow. In 1917, the United Stated was not into the war. It avoided the war and the conflict. And the British feared that if the United Stated joined the war, it would be on the side of the central power which is Germany because of its colonial principles; they were against colonization of the British and their relationship with the British. Then Germany asked for the alliance of Mexico and so the United States would enter the war and would be allied with Britain, France and Russia.
Why did the World War I ended? There was an agreement/ a treaty. When the United States entered the war, there was not progressing for Germany and it realized that it would be hard war, so they decided to sign a treaty and so the war ended. The war ended in 1918.

The World War II (1939-1945):
It was almost six years and it was more aggressive. There was more killings and more consequences more than World War I. basically, the major forces were Germany (Hitler), Italy (Mussolini) and Japan. Poland, Britain and France were against Germany. The most threatening force was the Germans. The first date of World War II was when Germany attacked Poland. And already Poland, Britain and France had a treaty to protect each other because they knew that Germany would attack. Commonwealth= the colonies of the British whether it is an ex-colony or an existing colony. They call them the countries of the commonwealth. They used to belong to Britain or some of them were still colonies of Britain. The United Nations began in 1945 when the World War II ended.
So, a lot of results and consequences came out of these wars, especially, World War II. You have the expansion of the Soviet Union. It used to be Russia and then it became the Soviet Union. It expanded and it became a dominant power. Later on it demolished to a smaller countries. But after the World War II, it became a dominant power. You have the communists in China. All of these formed the United Nations as protecting the rights of countries.

Victorians At home

بحاول اشرح اللي فهمته للحين .. لسه ما خلصته بس حبيت اساعد

اول شي المجتمع في الفيكتوريانز كان يتغير بسرعه كبيره .. لانه مع افتتاح المصانع و كذا صاروا اهل القرى ينتقلون الى المدن .. فصارت المدن مساحتها توصل الى القرى من كثرة السكان ..

فصاروا معظم الناس يقضون معظم حياتهم في الشوارع بدال المزارع اللي كانو فيها ..

بناء على هذا صار عندهم حريه اكبر في اختيار الوظيفه حقتهم و عندهم صار وقت فراغ اكبر مو كله يشتغلون لانه فيه ورك اورز .. و صاروا يشاركون في الاشياء العامه حقت الدوله اكثر من اول لانهم كانو شوي معزولين ..

الفيكتوريانز عموما كان مركز حياتهم هو البيت سواء في الكونتري بيبل او السيتي بيبل " they believe that Home is the Best "

حتى الناس المصلحين " reformers" يقولون اول خطوه علشان الناس تعيش decent lives لازم يعيشون في decent homes!

في الكونتري سايد .. كل قريه كان عندهم leading family اتوقع زي اللي تحكمهم .. تعيش هذي العايله في "the big house " اللي يتوارثونه هذي العايله ..

و ذاكر لنا كم مثال على بعض هذي العوايل مثل chatsworth

طيب .. نرجع على الناس اللي توهم جاوا المدينه نسميهم new inhabitins .. اال great families اللي كانو في القرى يسكنون في بيوت كشخه حتى في المدينه بيوتهم كشخه .. بس الشي المثير للاهتمام انهم يسكنون في المدينه من april to july .. والباقي يرجعون الى القريه .. والشي الغريب بعد لو انه رب الاسرة احتاج يروح المدينه لشغل او شي ما ياخذ زوجته وعياله ويفتح البيت حقهم اللي بالمدينه !! لا يحطهم في فندق

طبعا كالمعروف عند الفيكتوريانز كانو يحبون السوشيال قاذرينق و paying and receiving socal calls

طيب .. في الكونتري .. بس wealthiest bankers يحسبون نفسهم as landlords غير ال established lords !!

في المدينه الدكاتره الناجحين و المحامين الناجحين could set up establishments

الفنانين الناجحين يستمتعون بال rewards اللي تخليهم ياخذون مكانه حلوه بالمجتمع ..

اخر نقطه وصلت لها انه ال new inhabitants لانهم يقدسون شي اسمه بيت فهم يدورون افضل مكان يسكنون فيه سواء يبنونه او يأجرونه ..


اتمنى لو افدتكم ولو بشي بسيط ..
