بداية المحاضرة تتكلم عن الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وان الحديث ثاني تشريع من شرائع الدين الأسلامي
بعدها ترجمة سورة الأعراف آيه 158
وبيان اهمية طاعة الرسول صلى الله علية وسلم

The Translation of the Prophet’s Hadeethes (p.b.b.u.h)
في اختلاف في طريقة ترجمة نص ديني عن نص أدبي او علمي ، وترجمة الأحاديث لها منهجية معينة
في صفات يجب تواجدها عند المترجم الذي يريد ان يترجم الأحاديث النبوية:

The translator should be a Muslim who fears Allah in executing his or her duties

اول شي يجب ان يكون مسلم يخاف الله

The translator’s general religious knowledge should be very good

يجب ان تكون لدية خلفية دينيه جيده ( عشان يفهم الحديث ويقدر يوصل المعنى المقصود مو بس ترجمة لكلمات)

The translator should be able to transfer into English the linguistic, social, cultural and religious associations and connotations of the original text.

يجب ان تكون لدية القدره على توصيل المعنى الثقافي والديني واللغوي للكلمات (المعنى المقصود مو بس الكلمة)

The translator should be able to give as literal and faithful a translation of the meanings of the Hadeeths as possible. (i.e.. achieving maximum equivalence in his or her translation

يجب ان يكون قادر على إعطاد ترجمة حرفية ومطابقة للمعنى او على الأقل كلمة مكافئة توصل المعنى

The translator should be able to provide a translation that is stylistically and communicatively appropriate. (ie. achieving the communicative purpose of his/her translation)

تكون لدية القدره على كتابة ترجمة ملائمة من ناحية الاسلوب والمعلومات المراد توصيلها

The translator should be able to write plainly, economically, gracefully and elegantly so that his or her translation would have the same effect on the TL reader as that of the Source language reader

يجب ان تكون لدية القدره على الكتابة الواضحة الجميلة عشان الترجمة تكون لها تفس تأثير النص الاصلي على القارئ

مثال :

عن عمر قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : لا تطروني ،كما أطرت النصارى ابن مريم ،فإنما أنا عبده ، فقولوا:عبد الله ورسوله (رواه البخاري)

Omar reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Do not overpraise me as the Christians did to the son of Mary. I am just Allah's servant. You may just say `Muhammad is the servant and Messenger of Allah'."
(Bukhari)

عند ترجمة الأحاديث تواجهنا بعض المشاكل التي يجب ان ننتبه لها

مثل

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أتدرون ما المفلس؟" قالوا: المفلس فينا من لا درهم له ولا متاع فقال:" إن المفلس من أمتي من يأتي يوم القيامة بصلاة وصيام وزكاة، ويأتي وقد شتم هذا وقذف هذا وأكل مال هذا وسفك دم هذا و ضرب هذا فيعطى هذا من حسناته، وهذا من حسناته فإن فنيت حسناته قبل أن يقضي ما عليه أُخذ من خطاياهم فطرحت عليه ثم طرح في النار”.

ترجمة Al-Fahim’

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him who said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once asked his companions: Do you know who a pauper is? The companions replied that a pauper is a person who has no money or property. The Prophet explained the point and said: “A Pauper among my followers (Ummah) is one who will come on the Day of Judgement with a good record of Salat (prayers), Saum (fasting) and Zakat (payment of poor due) but who has also abused somebody; slandered someone; usurped the goods of another person, has killed someone or beaten another person. All the oppressed people will receive a part of the aggressor’s good deeds. Should they fall short of his aggression, then the aggrieved person’s sins and defaults, will be transferred from them to him, and he will be thrown into the Fire (Hell).”




ترجمة الدكتور

Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: "Do you know who the bankrupt is?" His companions replied: "The bankrupt among us is he who has neither money nor property." The Prophet (p.b.b.u.h) then said: "The bankrupt among my people is he who comes in the Hereafter having performed prayers, fasted and paid `zakat' but has already abused someone, slandered someone, encroached upon someone's rights, killed someone and robbed someone. Each one of these people will be paid back from the bankrupt's good deeds. If he runs out of good deeds, he will be given some of their sins the result of which is that he is thrown in Hell-fire.”

بنتكلم عن كلمه المفلس الفهيم ترجمها الى pauper
*وهنا تعتبر غير مناسبة لانها تجي بالمعنى المالي فقط والمقصود بالحديث اكثر من كذا
والدكتور استخدم كلمه bankrupt
الي تجي تحتها المال الشي المادي والشي الروحي او الحسي


The Translation of the Hadeeth from a Cultural point of View
من الاشياء الثانيه الي يجب ان ننتبه لها في ترجمة النصوص الدينية المعنى الثقافي المتصل بالكلمة

عن أنس قال :سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول :إن من أشراط الساعة أن يقل العلم،ويظهر الجهل،ويظهر الزنا،ويشرب الخمر ،وتكثر النساء ويقل الرجال حتى يكون لخمسين امرأة القيم الواحد(رواه البخاري)


AlFahim’s translation

On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: “Among the signs of the Last Day are: that knowledge will suffer complete extinction. Ignorance, adultery and drinking of wine will be alarmingly on the increase. The number of males will decrease while the number of females will increase until there will be only one male to look after fifty women”

Halimah’s Translation

Anas reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Some signs of the Hour are: disappearance of scholarly knowledge, spread of ignorance among people, adultery and fornication become very common, drinking alcohol will become rife, increase in number of women and decrease in number of men to the extent that for each man there will be fifty women to look after

الكلمات الي بنركز عليها الخمر والزنى
الفهيم ترجم الزنا الى adultry
ومثل ما قلنا من قبل adultry معناها الزنا بعد الزواج بس ما تشمل قبل و بعد
الكلمة الصحيحه هي الكلمه الي تجمع بين الاثنين قبل وبعد الزواج وبما ان مافي كلمه واحدة نحط الاثنين adultery and fornication
وكلمة الخمر ترجمها بكلمة wine وال wine نوع من النواع الخمور (النبيذ) فالقارئ الانجليزي ممكن يفهم النوع هذا بس الحرام والأنواع الثانيه ماهي حرام والتحريم لكل أنواع الخمور فالترجمة ماتعتبر صحيحة الكلمة الصحيحة تكون alcohol


The Translation of the Hadeeth from a Rhetorical Point of View

مشكلة ثانية ممكن تواجهنا الاسلوب في الكتابة لان الأحاديث كلام إنسان بس مصدره إلهي والشي هذا يسبب صعوبة في الترجمة

Uthmân رضي الله عنه reported that the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said
“the best of you is he who learns and teaches the Qur’an”

Ibn ‘umar رضي الله عنه reported the the messenger of allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said”Islam is built on five pillars :to bear witness that there is no god but allah and the Muhammad is the messenger of allah ,to preform prayers , to give zakât , to make hajj ,and to fast the month of Ramadan ‘

الحديث الأول( عن النبي) ترجمناها the prohet
الحديث الثاني (رسول الله) ترجمناها the messenger of allah
الشي هذ ممكن يكون من الاشياء الي تساعدنا باختيار الجواب الصحيح
