I extend my thank to all participants in the subject and I liked your views.
The most important how to encourage the students to do more in their study .
I don't deny that the handbook may be benefit in the current period but not permanently.
I am urging our colleagues to stop posting the handbooks in this forum and give opportunity to the students to be independents .
A lot of the students complain from the difficulty of reconciling between the study and family life as well as the work and they need these handbooks. The problem is in the regulation , anyhow if you have no ability to study you mustn't blame the lecturer when you fail even when you need the certificate just for promotion .

I think the main reason lies in students of English Language majors these days is the lack of practice. Many students want to be just fed like babies and get their pampers changed by depending on the teacher's skills only and refusing to have extra assignments and practice for themselves.

This isn't just limited for distant-learning students, even the full-time students of English major are as lazy as they come. The only thing every of us can do is to expose him or her self outside the university's subjects zone.

التطبيق ياناس هو ابو الحلول
من دون تطبيق انسي تعلم انكلش
رح حول لقسم ثاني احسن من نتعلم انكلش عبر خيارات
احيان اتكلم مع نفسي بالانكلش وبصوت عالي حتي اهلي احيان
يضحكون علي يقولون قام يوسوس من دراستة

بس هذي بداية الطريق واشوف نفسي تحسن
احيان احاول اترجم الللي اسمعة بسرعة واحيان تمشي معااي

بعدين كائننا يتااما المفروض الدكاترة يعطون من خبرتهم
ويغطونا من تجربتهم انا ارسلت كم دكتور قالتلة عني من نصايحك
وخبرتك في تعلم اللغة
بعدين القواعد من يصمها ويفهمها فهي الاولي في الاكاديمي
اما تبغي تجيد لغة
اي لغة الشارع فعليك بالافلام واللبرامج الامريكية الطبيعة
مثلا لقاء مباشر او برامج واقعية عفوية
مو برامج معدة مسبقا ولها لغة وحدة
نرجع لموضوع الدكاترة
ارسلتهم
بعضهم مايجاوب او بس يجاوب ع اسئلة المنهج
او احيان يعطون كلمات نظرية مثلا تعلم وطبق ماتعلمتة
انتصف المشوار ياجماعة واحنا رايحين جايين ع ترجمة قوقل

تعلم اللغة بحر بصراحة واحنا نايمين عند الشاطي بمستوانا الحالي

there is a lot of reasons that need pages for this weakness

one of the reasons is that most instructors don't give students feedback on anything whether it is reading, writing, listening or speaking!

for example, last semester, i sent a paragraph for composition's teacher to correct it for me and to tell me my mistakes but he has never replied to me

How can I learn if I haven't ever got a feedback from the teachers?

I got lots of benefits when native speakers give me feedback to my English and I learned a lot from them.

that's why students find it hard to do graduation project.
