Name of the test:

Simple squamous epithelium tissue cheek cell

Aim:

Identify shape of squamous epitheliume tissue {cheek cell} under the microscope.

Equipment needed:

Microscope-stick-sliced-methalean blue stain-spesial tissue from cell.

Method:

1-take clean sliced andarite the coble.

2-take a sample by clean stack and sprote the sample on the sliced (from the mouth).

3-drope one point of methelean blue stain on the sliced.

4-cover the slide by aspecial cover with small engle.

5-put it under the Microscoe in the stage

6-check the slide to found the sample.
