i want buy a pen
here is the pen I’ve told you about
there are many pens on the table

if there is only one a main verb in asentence we put the frequency adverb immediately before it
example :
Ali allways respects his family

or (مثال اخر لو حبيتي تغيري )
sara always respects her family
