What is a picky eater
The Picky eater is the child who fears tasting new foods
specialists say he has "food neophobia", and it's hard for him to eat foods he or she hasn't tried before

The Fussy eater, on the other hand, is the child who rejects eating food one day and then likes it another day, and so on.

And of course, some children can by both "Picky" and "Fussy" eaters.

Many parents are concerned about the health of their children because of that

There are different strategies to encourage the child to to eat healthy food
and it's important not to be angry or harsh in applying them to your child

for example:
A) Don't force him to eat if he is not hungry, and don't force him to eat all the food you give him

B) When you go to grocery let your child help you select fruits and vegetables

C) Be a good example and eat healthy food

D) If he didn't like the original meal don't offer him a separate meal, encourage him to eat from the meal

E) Put the foods he/she doesn't like in the meal as processed food, and in later time as tiny chopped food.

interesting !!!
i know a child who dosen't eat anything but yogurt, bread, tomato, Poached pasta and rice and only drinks fruit juice and likes particular kinds of fruit ... and that's it !!! I know it's not good for her health, but she refuses to eat other kinds of food !! she is not a picky nor a Fussy eater but she is something in between :(107):
