السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته To dental students, this is 2 question survey .. Q1: A patient came to your clinic asking to replace her removable partial denture with a fixed one. You submit a pre-estimate for FPD to her dental insurance, but the treatment plan is rejected with explanation that RPD is allowable. The patient insists that you complete the FPD submitting it as a RPD and she will pay the balance. You are faced with an ethical dilemma, what would you do? 1) Do what the patient wants since the balance will be paid 2) Try to convince the patient to removable partial denture 3) Try to convince the company about the importance of treating the patient as she wants to have the best motivation 4) Refuse to treat the patient ,, Q2: do you suggest other solutions ? ,, |
