السلام عليكم جميعاً..

رأيت كثير من موظفين أرامكو يسألون عن طريقة ارسال طلب دراسة أو الأنظمه:

Every employee is eligible for $3500.00 per Calendar year. It is important to apply for it 3weeks in prior to the start date to avoid OOP process. The charge will be on Professional Development Department in case it is In Policy ERP. Courses required to be job related, not available in house and should be from accredited school/establishment. You can also utilizes the ERP in your professional certification. Thank you.




ERP Policy & Guidelines
  1. An employee may take regular short courses offered by specialized institutions, university classes, correspondence/extension courses, on-line courses through the Internet, etc.
  2. The employee must have a minimum of two years of service with the Company to qualify for ERP refunds and a performance rating of "M" or higher at the time of application.
  3. Courses must be offered by accredited institutions and evaluated by the Professional Development Department.
  4. To be approved, courses must be relevant to the employee's current job or career ladder.
  5. Courses should not duplicate subjects already offered through in-Company programs.
  6. The employee's department head endorsement, and PDD approval is a must.
  7. Each eligible employee can utilize up to a maximum of $3,500 in ERP refunds per calendar year. Out of Policy requests require the approval of the employee's VP, which in turn, will be charged to his/her respective department.
Procedure







Step 1: Before Starting Your University/College Course(s)
  • Discuss your plans to study with your immediate supervisor. This discussion is to help you clarify your career plans and also to help you to align your development with business needs in your organization and in the company.
  • Submit a Request for Evaluation & Pre-approval to be sent to the Professional Development Department Director from your Department Head. The ""Pre-Approval" letter format includes the title of your program of study, which University, the delivery, method and start date. In this way you can be advised as to whether the program aligns with Aramco business needs and if your school meets the ERP Policy and Guideline requirements.
  • When the evaluation is complete, an official response letter will be sent to your Department Head, who should then provide you with a copy. This process assures you and the Company that your school is accredited and that your program of study has a business value for Saudi Aramco.
  • Your Pre-approval confirmation letter will remain on file with the Professional Development Department, and two Degree Recognition Process criteria will have been met from the beginning of your degree program. Please note that pre-approval confirmation is not related to financial support. It is only to approve your school and your program of study.



Step 2: Initiating Your ERP Request
  • An Education Refund Plan request, SAP Transaction ZH0703, must be initiated by your Department Training Coordinator at least three weeks prior to the course start date for each course.
  • The course outline/description must be included in order for your Department Training Coordinator to submit the SAP ERP request. Failure to include this required information may result in the request being rejected.



Step 3: Completing the Refund Process
  • To qualify for a refund, the employee must obtain a minimum Grade of "C" or higher for Undergraduate courses or a minimum Grade of "B" or higher for Graduate courses (as applicable).
  • Refundable expenses cover tuition fees, required textbooks, customs and postage fees, and laboratory fees (as applicable).
  • The employee will receive 90% of eligible expenses for approved courses.
  • The original grade report and receipts must be submitted to Professional Development Department.
  • Refund claims submitted up to one year of course completion may be processed retroactively, but they will require the signature of the employee's VP. If approved by the Professional Development Department, the amount will be charged to the employee's organization.
