OK then let me give you some help in that if you don't mind.
I will do some corrections to what you write and you can ask why later.

You should have written it like this:

I have the same problem like you.
I can not discuss or talk with other people.
I have taken only one course which helped me a little and made me capable to chat better than before.
I asked my English teacher and she advised me to read and talk more with others in English.

You can use this tens if you are talking about facts or habits.

This tens is composed of the following:

Subject + Verb + Completion

Actually,
I have a plan to give a simple course in English that might help a lot.
Its just I need time my self and if I find good number of people who are really interested and willing to interact.

Let me just say, you are not alone in this problem

I have it too

but I noticed that there are somethings that I did , made me better in speaking

I started to read and then

I started to read with sound , instead of reading in silence

also there are some courses and teachers that made me correct and improve my language,

I remember a teacher told us about things like, when you talk try to avoid the word AND

example: I have a lap top and a personal computer and a TV

so the right sentence is : I have a lap top ,personal computer and a TV.

there is another thing to do to reduce the word AND when you speak by using Conjunctions words like :



but, or, nor, for, yet, so ,although, because


I think your problem is easy to solve

Hello dear,

Simply if you want to acquire the Speaking skill, practice speaking. There is no way but that.

Now, you have to concentrate on that: How can I improve my speaking?
To do so, there are many websites. Try to find a conversation, read it, understand it(be sure to know the meaning of every single word), listen to it many times until you feel that you can understand it when it is spoken, then try to speak and repeat the conversation after the native speaker. First, try to repeat it sentence by sentence, then try to say the whole conversation.

Or there is another way if you want, choose a topic, imagine yourself that you want to present this topic in front of an audience. Try to prepare for this topic; first, decide what are the outlines that you want to talk about in your topic, write down what you want to talk for each outline, after that try to speak it with yourself. At the end, after you make sure that you are able to speak what you have written about your topic, try to present your topic without reading. It is better to let someone if possible to listen to you and then give you a feedback.

I know these suggestions may take time and effort, and they sound difficult, specially for beginners, but they are effective and deserve that.

What you've mentioned is so important.

Being confident that you are going to learn and acquire the language, that would help you so much.
Do not take it as something difficult and not enjoyable. Instead, try to think of it as sth interesting and you are able to achieve it!
