Actually, the point is weathe the time is important or not
but if the action happend short time ago we say

I have just had an accident

but if the time is one of the ideas in our sentence (even if it is not mentioned) we use the other tenses

in the sentense above, the speaker's main idea is that something has happened no matter when

we can say: I had an accident. without spesifying time, only if the speaker and the listener know the time of the action

شوف يا خوي... بالذات حكاية الـ prepositions فهدي بيعتمد استخدامها على الفهم بشكل أساسي .. !!
و صراحة ما راح أقدر أشرح لك ليش استخدمت on إلا بعد البحث و العناء الطويل ...
فعشان كذه اكتفيت بإني نقلت العناوين التالية من مواقع أجنبية و إللي اتبعت نفس طريقتي بالضبط !!

فتصبح الجملة

أنت اخترت الزمن التام وهو في الحقيقة لايحتاج
ولكننا نحتاج صفة أو اسم إعلان نتائج أو نتائج معلنة

ب : يجب عليك الإنتظار , سوف تعلن النتائج بعد أسبوع.

You have got to wait , they will be announced in a week


this one is correct

ولكن في الجمله العربية قلت بعد أسبوع وليس خلال اسبوع

فتصبح

after a week

هي صحيح الـ prepositions من المواضيع الصعبة في أي لغة
وأحيانا تعتمد على لغتك وتطلع الترجمة مختلفة

مثل كلمة afraid الي هي خايف, بالعربي نقول خايف "من" بس بالإنجليزي نقول Afraid of
وكلمة different نقول مختلف "عن" بس بالإنجليزي نقول different from
وبالعربي نقول ضع الخاتم "في" إصبعك, بس بالإنجليزي نقول put the ring "on" your finger

وبالنسبة لـ waste أنا استعجلت في الحكم, هي تاخذ on
لكن يبدو أن الطريقة هي:
I have no time to waste on somting
I have no time to waste in doing something

الترجمة مو شرط انك تاخذينها بالمثل

يعني الترجمة تجي بتوصيل المعلومة المترجمة بالمعنى بحذافيره وليس بالكلمات ذاتها

الأمثال لا يتم ترجمتها بهذه الطريقة !!
بل إننا ناخذها حرفية زي ما هي من اللغة الأم ... على سبيل المثال
