Good day brother,

First of all, you have to fill pre-approval form & let your foreman/supervisor initial on it.
Second, send it to your manager by email to approve it.
Third, if the manger approve it then they from their side will send your form to career & development.

as my case, i take all the period for examination from my vacation balance as (L Days). and, after i finished the test they changed all the days to (P Time).

انا اخذت البرروف من المنجر وبكره ان شالله اقابل محمد الثواب( زميل سابق في الدائره) وان شالله الامور تمام

Fill up the form and let your department manager to sign it. Then, the form should be sent to Career Development to be signed from the manager of Career Developement

It takes some days but it's easy.. it's just a pre-approval
