Don't just memorize the new words but you must also know how to get the meaning from the paragraph according to Dr. Ammar's lectures, because he might put new words in the exam. Anyway I find that reading a lot will help you succeed, I suggest taking an hour a day to read books or magazines in English. After awhile you will find it easier to understand the meaning of new words without looking it up in a dictionary.
