للي تأخر ماسوى طلب إلى فترة تصل إلى عام واحد هذا النظام:

Refund claims submitted up to one year of course completion may be processed retroactively, but they will require the signature of the employee's VP. If approved by the Professional Development Department, the amount will be charged to the employee's organization

شي مهم أبغاكم تعرفونه وهذا اللي أخذ مني وقت للبحث. فيه نقطه في نظام أرامكو تقول إنك لابد تقدّم على طلب استرجاع المصاريف 3 أسابيع قبل بدء الدراسه. (اكتشفت ان هذا الشي فقط للي يدرسون الجامعه يوم كامل أو جزء من اليوم وليس للدراسه عن بُعد). أما نحن فنقدر نقدم أوراق الإستراد 3 أسابيع قبل الأختبار وليس قبل الدراسه.

وهذا نص حرفي كما وصلني من مسؤول في قسم استرداد المصاريف:

It is 3 weeks before the course starts for employees study part time or full time but for employee who study through correspondence they can apply three weeks before exam date because they don’t attend any class s
(like King Aziz university and King Faisal )

تقدر تعمل لسمستر الاول والثاني عادي بس راح تكون oop وتطلب توقيع vp
وحتى لو متخرج وتبيهم يدفعون لك الي راح كله بيدفع لكن لازم الابروف من الفي بي

هذا اللي كنت اخاف منه ...since it doesn't require the VP approval, i do believe that everything will be smooth in sha Allah

To avoid being OOP out of policy, when your training coordinator enter it in SAP, ask him/her to enter the exam days not the start course.

First day of exam 5/26/2011

Last day of exam 6/5/2011

o.k. what about me who has taken the first 5 courses' exams on the previous January 2011

the issue is that

i was next to my training coordinator and i started the study on Sept 2010 and finished the first semester on Jan 2011

when he added the start date and end date, directly it is shown on the system OOP

if the policy stating that after one year, it requires VP approval, i have not taken a year and it shows OOP

ولله الحمد انا حصلت على موافقة الادارة على الدراسة والي يبي يستفسر عن اي شي انا موجود بالخدمة

وحاليا انا اطالب بالمبالغ المالية لهذا السمستر والسمستر الماضي

the approval is not a big issue, i have obtained the approval to complete my study long time ago

the issue my dear is that

I wanted to initiate the request to be in policy , once my training coordinator added the started and end date of the previous semester, the system triggers the out of policy radio button

he told that he changed the date completely so that it becomes in policy but i have doubt of this action

i will inform you what happened after my department head concur the request
